Location and availability
In-person consultations and procedures take place at our partner clinic, Kleintierpraxis Seebach, in Zurich, fully equipped for dental surgery.
Clinic days are Fridays. Phone consultations are available on weekdays after initial contact via the form.
Appointments are typically available within one to two weeks, with urgent cases prioritized.

Describe your pet's situation or your concern directly to Dr. Gasymova and receive an initial assessment as well as the next steps.
Briefly describe the situation.
Attach available documents, if any (medical history, clinical findings, X-rays, or photos).
Dr. Gasymova responds within 24 hours on weekdays.
Referral guidelines
A referral makes sense when a dental or oral case calls for specialist input, whether due to diagnostic uncertainty, surgical complexity, or a condition that has not responded to treatment.
Common reasons to refer:
Oral or gum mass without a confirmed diagnosis
Jaw fracture, whether from an injury, underlying disease, or a previous procedure
Broken tooth with exposed pulp on an important tooth
Opening between the mouth and nasal cavity after an upper tooth extraction
Advanced gum disease (Stage III/IV) on an important tooth
Chronic or refractory stomatitis (CUPS/FCGS)
