Appointments and Referrals

How it works

Dr. Gasymova sees patients directly as well as through referral. After the treatment, every patient is returned to their regular practice with a full written summary including:

  • Detailed case report with findings, diagnosis, procedures performed, and imaging

  • Postoperative instructions and aftercare protocol

Location and availability

In-person consultations and procedures take place at two partner clinics in Zurich (Kleintierpraxis Seebach and Kleintierpraxis VetPlace), both fully equipped for dental surgery.

  • Clinic days are Fridays.

  • Phone consultations are on working days after initial contact via email/form.

  • Appointments are available within one to two weeks — urgent cases are prioritized.

Use the online form or write directly to: kontakt@tierzahnmedizin.ch

  • Include any relevant history, what you have noticed, and any imaging or reports from your vet.

  • For urgent cases: include a direct phone number and the best times to reach you.

Referral guidelines

A referral makes sense when a dental or oral case calls for specialist input, whether due to diagnostic uncertainty, surgical complexity, or a condition that has not responded to treatment.

Common reasons to refer:

  • Oral or gum mass without a confirmed diagnosis

  • Jaw fracture, whether from an injury, underlying disease, or a previous procedure

  • Broken tooth with exposed pulp on an important tooth

  • Opening between the mouth and nasal cavity after an upper tooth extraction

  • Advanced gum disease (Stage III/IV) on an important tooth

  • Chronic or refractory stomatitis (CUPS/FCGS)
